  I purchased roughly 1500 sf of laminate flooring from Direct Source Flooring. I was one of those customers that shopped around for the best price on labor and material for... read more several weeks. I had many questions, and Daryl handled many phone calls from me with patients and honesty. He has been in the flooring industry for a long time, and he answered my questions with great detail and explanation. His pricing on material, for the same brand and quality, was a little lower per square foot than even the big storefront wholesale companies. I did not use Direct Source Flooring for the installation. However, his pricing was better than most when considering his level on experience.
I got into a bind when rain prevented me from picking up the material. Daryl has an enclosed van and we agreed on a fair price for him to deliver the material. When I went to pay him, he told me he was charging me less money than what we agreed on because traffic was light, and it did not take him as long to get to my house as he thought. How cool is that!
It was a pleasant experience to work with someone that still has that good ol' fashion customer service and honesty.
